Payment is expected at the time service is rendered unless arrangements are made with the Office Manager prior to the appointment date. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express as well as cash or personal check. We also provide the CareCredit card which will allow you to finance a treatment plan over a period of time.
We accept most forms of traditional dental insurance and will electronically file your claim for your convenience. While we continue to file and accept Delta Dental Premier Insurance with our current patient base, we are not taking any new patients with Delta Dental Insurance. We also accept Care Credit that will allow you to pay in installments over a period of time.
We are not a Medicaid provider.
